| You scored as Chaotic Good. A Chaotic Good person is someone who has little intrinsic respect for laws or authority, seeing them as insufficient to sustain what's right. These people work according to their own moral compass which, while good, is not necessarily always aligned with that of society. Despite their chaotic tendancies, these people are good at heart.

| Freudian Inventory Results | Oral (63%) you appear to be overly passive and dependent, wanting things to be given to you instead of working for them. Anal (53%) you appear to have a good balance of self control and spontaneity, order and chaos, variety and selectivity. Phallic (83%) you appear to have issues with controlling your sexual desires and possibly fidelity. Latency (36%) you appear to be overly practical; don't undervalue abstract learning, abstract learning increases your ability to make good decisions (and predictions) in the real world so it would be 'impractical' to shun it. Genital (63%) you appear to have a progressive and openminded outlook on life unbeholden to regressive forces like traditional authority and convention. | Take Free Freudian Inventory Testpersonality tests by similarminds.com
Hmmm, I would have thought the self control part would be lower than this, since I don't seem to have much of it at the moment.
The Phallic part is surprising, it seems I have troubles controling myself, which is not true. Perhaps I just have more liberal views than the test deems appropriate. :p |

God I have been browsing through those pages for hours and letting myself dream. The best part is that they are really cheap and they ship to Iceland, wooooo. I have selected 6 pairs of thigh high striped and fence net stockings for only $38!!
Now I need to go and stand before G and his credit card with my best puppy eyes for about an hour! :p |

After 5 washes the beautiful blue color has faded considerably and my hair is quite multicolored. On top it is blonde, some of the tips are still rather dark blue, the underside is sort of greyish and the rest of the hair is a mixture of light blue, bluegreen and silver, seriously fucking strange looking.
I was going to post a pic but my webcam was being a cunt as always and refused to comply, perhaps it will feel better tomorrow.
Since I don't really have money to order some blue from Special Effects, hair color recomended to me by
statics_void , and I'm not sure being a rainbow suites me, I may just dye it dark brown or black very soon, it all depends on when I lose my patience. ;)
Oh and one other thing, Stargazer's Royal Blue sucks balls! |

| | Rammstein - Asche Zu Asche | ] | I'm in a surprisingly good mood today. I have been smiling and giggling like a maniac all morning, for whatever reason. It's probably because it's my birthday tomorrow. I wasn't really going to do anything to celibrate that, but my friends changed that. I'm going out with them tonight and have a birthday party (just family...and cakes!) tomorrow and on sunday.
Quite the busy weekend by my standards.
Note to self: Stop being so scared of throwing things away, you are never going to wear them anyway. |

We are both a bit insane, so studying together usually ends up in some serious silliness. The hydra camp will be filled with insane chemistry, coke, coffee and cakes today! I just hope my flatmate will handle it. :p |

| Gig goodness! |
[Jul. 6th, 2004|06:22 pm] |
| [ | Feeling: |
| | ecstatic | ] | My review-thingy of a Metallica gig I went to last Sunday.
I started listening to Metallica the summer I turned 14, after having heard Motorbreath and Master of Puppets on the radio, and I simply fell in love. I bought Master of Puppets and And Justice for All soon after that (my first cd’s) and was a hardcore Metallica fan for a year or two after that, and even started playing guitar so I could play my favourite Metallica songs. I kinda lost interest after the black album, but it has always been a dream of mine to see them live, and to hear them play some of their golden oldies. Last night that dream came true.
The gig was held in a sport venue that takes around 18.000 guests, which is the biggest venue here. The show was sold out so there were approx 6% of the countries population at the gig. I went with my friend and his 12 year old daughter, which proved to be quite fortunate later on.
We were not allowed to go into the venue at first, because we had studded leather belts. Fucking stupid of them not to advertise that, since half the people were wearing something with studs on them.
The warm up bands were two Icelandic ones, Brain Police and Mínus, both very good imo. Both of them play metal/rock and Mínus have been getting really good reviews from Kerrang! for instance.
After Mínus there was an hour wait for Metallica and we sort of roamed around the place, bought something to drink, and chatted to people. In the middle of the arena there was a barred area where the mixers and light guys were, this area had the best view and the best sound in the venue. We noticed that the light guys offered a guy with his kid to come in there so the kid could see the stage. We then decided to go and stand next to this area in hopes of getting the same offer and WE DID!!! They offered us to stand there as well so we were standing on a platform above everyone else, in the middle of the arena with a clear view of the stage, wooooo! :D On top of that we were able to see the song list AND they gave us drinks! The downside to being there was that everyone could see us, and people were just staring at us throughout the gig, not that I cared, I headbanged, danced, sang and shouted regardless of their stares.
The setlist was:
Blackened Fuel Harvester of Sorrow Kirk solo Welcome Home (Sanitarium) Frantic Rob solo For Whom the Bell Tolls St. Anger Sad But True Creeping Death Kirk solo Fade to Black Battery Wherever I May Roam Nothing Else Matters Master of Puppets One Enter Sandman Breadfan Seek and Destroy
I was almost teary eyed when they started Blackened, I simply love that song. I was also very happy to see them play only 2 songs from St. Anger, 1 from Re-Load, and the rest from the first 5 albums. Harverster of Sorrow was awesome, a really good live song and they played Sanatarium perfectly. It was great to hear From Whom the Bell Tolls and Creeping Death, both worked very well live. Sad But True was really cool and Battery was just a blast. I waited eagerly to hear Master of Puppets and was not betrayed of that. I sang myself hoarse on that one, and headbanged my neck away. The place went crazy when they played Nothing Else Matters and Enter Sandman, but those were definitely not my favourites that night. Seek and Destroy was a real treat, I was glad they at least played something from Kill’em All.
The sound from where we were standing was awesome, really tight but very clear at the same time. The drum sound was great, nothing like on St. whatever, the guitars sounded like a mix between the Puppets sound and Justice, and the bass was really deep and managed to make your clothes vibrate, just the way I like it! Performance vise they were really good, some minor mistakes to begin with but then they seemed to settle into the gig. James was really talkative and managed to pull the audience along with him. To my utter surprise Lars played some double bass drum beats and managed to pull it off quite nicely, so I am not able to diss him here, unfortunately. :p The Kirk solos was really cool, he seemed to be enjoying himself and was playing with a lot of feeling. Rob also did a bass solo and OMG he is awesome. He played his bass like a drum and did a lot of fingertapping stuff which sounded a bit like Les Claypool. He just blew me away! The crowd was amazing. Everyone was singing and jumping around, and people seemed to be really into the gig. In the end they threw lots of guitar picks at the crowd and promised that they would be back really soon.
All in all it was an excellent gig! |

| | Korn - Here it comes again | ] | Great weekend! Korn and Fantomas for two nights in a row and a great family trip to one of the most beautiful places here in Iceland.
I must be getting old because two nights in a row of slamming/moshing/screaming/jumping has left me feeling like an 80 year old or something. My body aches all over and I have quite a few bruises, but damn, it was sooo worth it. |

please take this and run far away far away from me I am tainted the two of us were never meant to be all these pieces and promises and left behinds if only I could see in my nothing you meant everything everything to me gone fading everything and all that could have been
please take this and run far away far as you can see I am tainted and happiness and peace of mind were never meant for me all these pieces and promises and left behinds if only I could see in my nothing you meant everything everything to me
Maybe I shouldn't be listening to this now, hmm......
Too little sleep lately is making my mood very strange, and it's at times like this that unwelcome thoughts start surfacing and creeping around in my mind. Soon paranoia sets in and then the only thing I crave is oblivion, a rest from all these thoughts.
God, I need some sleep! |
